We have begun to add workshops to our Maker Faire offerings. These are short, 45-60 minute classes in which attendees can make various projects. Check out our Workshops 2016 link to see what is being offered. If you would like to do a workshop, please click on the Makers Apply Here button and fill out the form. Mark “Workshop” on the form. Workshops are offered free for attendees.
Makers have been signing up for our faire in September. Scroll over the tab “Maker Faire 2016” and click on Makers/Exhibitors 2016 to see who is coming this year!
Our Maker Faire is a place to showcase your skills as a maker or craftsman. We have several types of exhibits available: Maker Booth or Exhibit (demonstrate and/or have an activity for participants to “make” at no charge), Commercial Makers (individuals who would like to sell or market products they have made themselves or who charge for their activity), Non-profit Institution Booth (registered non-profit organization) that wishes to provide information about organization, Workshop or Presentation, and Performer. There is no fee for exhibitors who do not sell or charge for anything in their exhibit or are a non-profit organization. There is a $25 fee if you are a commercial exhibitor or if you charge participants for your activity. To apply to be an exhibitor, please click the “Makers Apply Here” button and fill out the application. Any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,700 times in 2015. If it were a cable car, it would take about 45 trips to carry that many people.
We’ve got the date set! September 17, 2016! Our second annual Mini Maker Faire! And we are so excited!!!
Look for our Call for Makers in May of 2016!
A big “Thank You” to all Makers, Attendees, Volunteers, and Food Vendor for helping to make our first Mini Maker Faire a success. We had so many happy people at the faire and not one complaint about anything (except maybe the weather). Everyone was awesome and we are looking forward to our second one on September 17, 2016.
